Scope
Substantial renovation of 227 units. The scope of work included upgrading all areas per Title 24 requirements including all new lighting system with low voltage controls, new power for HVAC for all units, and new inverters for back-up power. The Simone included new upgraded main service including new meter sections, with transformers, distribution centers, and subpanels. Additional work included new electrical for modernized existing elevator in two buildings and new elevator in one, new electrical rooms, new transformers and other electrical equipment, upgrades to existing common kitchen areas and bathrooms, and new photovoltaic systems.
