Scope
The substantial renovation of 58 units of permanent supportive housing single room occupancy units was completed on a very tight schedule. Located in Downtown Los Angeles in a highly congested urban site, the work was completed while the building was occupied, requiring the building systems to be kept alive for resident use during construction. The scope of work included upgrading all areas per Title 24 requirements including all new lighting system with low voltage controls, new power for HVAC for all units, and new inverters for back-up power.
