Scope
Complete electrical system for building with change of use from Church/Sunday School to Elementary School (Grades TK-4). Existing church structure repurposed with a second floor added to the building. Adjacent 2-story with full basement classroom building was demolished. Constructed new classroom building with underground parking adjacent to existing church structure. Basement contains 24 parking spaces. The 2 structures contain 24 classrooms, student and staff restrooms, administrative offices, 1 multipurpose room and required site work.
